  • Successfully obtained convictions of Attempted Murder on a police officer and Felonious Assault to do Great Bodily Harm on a police officer that resulted in substantial prison terms.

  • Obtained Criminal Sexual Conduct convictions and sentences resulting in substantial prison sentences, including minimums of 18 and 25 years.

  • Obtained prison sentences on Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substances and Delivery of Heroin drug cases.

  • Authors investigative subpoenas, arrest and search warrants.

  • Advises law enforcement on proper use of polygraph examinations, administration and collection of BAC blood samples, and legal updates on the Sex Offender Registration Act.

  • Conducts Preliminary Examinations, Evidentiary Motions and Victim Restitution hearings.

  • Conducts numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials and numerous bench trials in which he has handled complex evidentiary issues in the examination of expert witnesses, including DNA evidence, drug lab scientists, medical doctors, and psychologists.

  • Advises victims of rights, testimony, court procedure, and community services.

  • Represented MDHHS for Child Abuse and Neglect cases, including Termination of Parental Rights trials and Review Hearings.

  • Conducts Juvenile, Guardianship, and Commitment hearings.  

  • Established Child Support Claims on behalf of the State of Michigan.

  • Presents Probation Violation and Personal Protection Order (PPO) Violation cases.

  • On-Call 24-Hours to advise law enforcement and draft warrants.
